10th South Pacific Volleyball Challenge 25th - 30th April 2011
This is a formal invitation to your Association to participate in the 11th South Pacific Volleyball Challenge to be held between the 25th- 30th April 2011 and or the Under 20 South Pacific Tourney between the 20th- 21st April 2011 here in Manukau City, Auckland, New Zealand. Association and club teams are invited to this event. Thus If your Association does not intend to participate, we would appreciate it if you could give the opportunity to some of your clubs to attend, not necessarily as representing your Association but their own club.
In order to make this Challenge a real success we would appreciate it if your Association would confirm your participation by filling in the form provided before the 31 December 2010. Registration and payment would be required by filling in the appropriate form before the 1 March 2011 and posting it to us. Also required by the 1 April 2011 would be the final and full list of your team (s), please refer to the attached relevant form. Please forward all correspondence to the address provided on the top right corner of this letter.
Attached herewith are all the relevant details relating to the Tourneys. We ask that you fill in the forms and return to me as soon as possible. Please note that the forms have various deadlines. Should you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact the writer.
